Class Schedule
Our group fitness classes are small to ensure exercises are performed safely and accurately. Classes are held in The Wellness Studio, which is located in the building directly behind NPPT.

Yoga
We offer Iyengar Yoga as part of our wellness program. Iyengar is a form of Hatha Yoga that has an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment in the performance of postures and breath control. By practicing the various postures, development of strength, mobility and stability may be safely gained.
